How long does it take to receive a garment once ordered?

Since we do not have garments ready-made meaning every garment is custom made and hand sewn one by one to fit each customer's specific size, height, color request and shape, orders can take 2-4 weeks to be completed depending on the current volume of orders. Ready to ship gowns take 2-3 days.

How will I know when my order has been shipped

Accepted Answer

After completion you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order has been shipped along with your tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive after confirmation.

What is a consultation?

Accepted Answer

A consultation is a meeting between designer Alexis Jones and customer in which all details for a custom garment. The 1hr appointment covers:
-color, style, shape, trim
measurments are taken
fabrics are chosen
contract will be signed
deposit of half the amount will be paid
followed by receipt

How far in advance should I scheduled a consultation for a custom Wedding/Bridal Gown

Accepted Answer

Wedding/Bridal gowns require a 3-6 month processing time. Further details will be discussed prior to ordering. Please click the Bridal tab under Custom Inquiry for more information.

How far in advance should I set up a consultation for a custom Prom Gown?

Accepted Answer

Prom season usually begins for Alexis J Collection October 1st each year so the sooner after that date the better. Due to such a high volume in custom prom request please set your consultation at least 2-3 months in advance to the prom date. We do except a limited number of custom requests so please don't wait until the last minute.

Due to every piece being custom made to client's specific preferences and measurements all sales are FINAL. NO REFUNDS & NO EXCHANGES. If you have a problem with an error on our part, (ex. wrong color/design etc) please contact us and we will assist you alexisjcollection@gmail.com
