Refunds and Exchanges
The Alexis J Collection, Inc. prides itself in offering the highest quality merchandise to meet the needs of our clients. We thoroughly inspect ALL items before shipping. ALL sales are final; ALL items are made to order so we DO NOT issue refunds on any items.

We do NOT offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. We provide a size chart to better assist customers with choosing their correct size. If you need help with choosing your correct size, please contact us. When ordering, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected, since we are not present to get your exact measurements, in which case this has to be done locally and at your expense. If you need any assistance on how and where to alter your item for the fit you prefer. Contact us.

If you have a problem with an item due to an error on our part, (ex. wrong color/design etc) please contact us and we will assist you.

WEDDING DRESSES/GOWNS: The processing time for gowns may take anywhere from 3-6 months, the exact details can be discussed prior to ordering. email alexisjcollection@gmail.com with concerns.

Cancelled Event: In the unfortunate event that your event is canceled, you are still responsible for the full total of the dress which should be paid no later then the Date of the event as recorded in our records. If the date is postponed, The balance will still be due by the original date provided. If the account isn't satisfied by then, the dress becomes property of Alexis J Collection and can be immediately sold for profit. (If a payment arrangement is needed please keep in contact with us)

WE WILL STORE DRESSES NO LONGER THEN 2 WEEKS AFTER YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF COMPLETION. AFTER THE 2 WEEKS A FEE OF $5 PER DAY WILL BE ADDED. AS WE CANNOT STORE DRESSES FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. IF LONGER THEN 4 WEEKS, ITEM BECOMES PROPERTY OF Alexis J Collection AND CAN BE IMMEDIATELY SOLD FOR PROFIT TO FULFILL YOUR ACCOUNT.

Processing Time Policy
General processing times are as follows .
Bridal - 3 to 6 months depending on the design and the number of orders ahead of you. The exact details can be discussed prior to ordering. Email alexisjcollection@gmail.com with concerns.
Formal gown- 4 to 6 weeks depending on the gown and the number of orders ahead of you .
Sample/ready to ship gown- These gowns are already made and ship within 1-3 days.
Party styles - 4 weeks depending on the number of orders ahead of you.
During prom season , January- June, processing times always increase. Alexis J Collection usually reaches capacity for prom by late February. If you’re event is during these months , We always encourage you to order 2 to 3 months early to avoid the disappointment of you not being able to get your gown due to us reaching capacity.
We do not recommend placing your order if the estimated completion date is within a week of your event. Alterations may be required and you should allow enough time to have your gown altered if needed.
If for any reason during the process we feel like we can not meet the deadline, You will be contacted. If Alexis J Collection has not reached out to you about any processing issue, then your order is completely fine .

Accent Lace/Appliques
(These are design details used in addition to the main design, used on sleeves, randomly throughout design or as a main attraction piece). Vendors may not have the exact appliqués in one season that they had in a previous season, used to create the look you see. In this case we will use our knowledge to choose the next best similar option to achieve the look. The design of the dress, material and placement is the same, however the pattern/shape of the accent lace may differ in size/shape based on what is in stock at the time of purchase. This also applies to Crystal Appliqués used.

Deposits
Your deposit is a portion of your balance, once your deposit is placed, your deadline is secure and your materials are ordered soon after, so deposits are non refundable. If you cancel your order after production is started, you lose your deposit along with any payments made.
Alteration Policy
We do not accept measurements not taken by our staff, because of this we are unable to accept measurements on orders from online/ out of state customers.

Alexis J Collection makes all gowns based on our size chart. Please choose the size that is closest to yours.

If you are between sizes go with the bigger size.

Please understand Alterations may be required.
Alexis J Collection does not alter gowns for out of state clients.
​
It is the customers responsibility to get their alterations done locally by a professional seamstress.
To save time We recommend looking for one before your gown arrives.

Alexis J Collection is not responsible for any cost or fees that are associated to alter on your gown.
